TECHNOLOGIES USED

1. The package Intel-BS-TechExpert and Intel-BS-Education solve the following functional tasks: collection of information, processing of information and its assimilation in the knowledge base. To solve the problem, based on the incoming information, the collection of external information and the knowledge base, solution scenarios are generated.

2. The cognitive technologies used are based on conceptual (deep linguosemantic) analysis of texts and transdisciplinary ontology engineering. These processes are based on multiple hyperproperties of information technology procedures.

Cognitive tools allow you to analyze various properties of concepts that determine the meanings of the text: relationships between concepts, based on their contextual descriptions, and the like.

The cognitive system of the platform is focused on processing large volumes of spatially distributed unstructured textual information, for its structuring, classification, support for rational choice and forecasting processes, followed by the formation of information-analytical network-oriented solutions.

The platform tools ensure the implementation of the following information technology processes:

• linguo-semantic analysis of network information resources that have a significant number of interdisciplinary relationships and are created on

based on the use of various information technologies and standards;

• transdisciplinary integration with other information systems, including network systems and WEB-oriented applications;

• taxonomization of document narratives and reflection of their structure, including intercontextual links;

• formation of ontological interactive documents;

• revealing implicit / latent information (information that is not explicitly expressed in the text, but exists as a subtext) in information resources;

• Building linguistic clusters – digital linguistic corpora with associative search tools for semantically related information arrays.
